PERSONAL BACKGROUND

I have lived in the Bay Area since 1969 watching the growth and development of its cities, communities, and schools. My in-depth knowledge of the area is the result of raising two children in Fremont, staying abreast of local history, news, and development, as well as my many years of service as a realtor. Helping clients in the south and east bay communities along with areas in Placer County. As a realtor I have been helping people to achieve their "American Dream" of home ownership since 1987.

Having expanded my real estate service in 1993 to include Placer County for the benefit of clients and myself. Owning property in Placer County since 1993 I have seen the trend for couples seeking more affordable homes.
